The room were a nice size, with many lovely amenities. Location are great, for places I wanted to walk. Breakfast was nice, with a real abundance of food.
The staff didn't appear so nice all the time. They didn't give us extra coffee I asked for. I only had one packet each first morn, and had to ask for a packet for the second day, that hurt my feelings.

The room decor was lovely. The bed was comfortable. I found the shower excellent. Opening the windows was easy when the room felt warm. I appreciated the multi-function plug sockets. British plugs worked perfectly. Breakfast offered a nice selection and staff replenished it quickly. A fridge in the room will be very useful for future visits as I can store my dairy-free items.

the room was super clean, i must say. it felt really clean. the hotel's theme was very charming. i also found the location convenient, a short walk from the lake.
the air conditioning wasn't very effective. it was difficult to adjust, and it stopped when i removed the room key. this made the room quite hot when i was away. breakfast buffet choices were also limited.
